I would compare my relationship with making work to taking on a journey with no idea where it is heading. To me, it is the journey itself that matters, not the destination.
In a way, my work is a record of distant memories and of current happenings, an interpretation of their meanings and the residues they left. What intrigue me are the possibilities in the ineffable, the unsaid, the incomplete...
Each piece of work is in itself a mini journey of exploration, experiment and discovery.
I mainly paint and draw these days.
